Wireless Code of Conduct
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) created a Wireless Code so wireless voice and data service customers like you would be better informed of their rights and obligations. The Wireless Code makes it easier for individual and small business customers to obtain and understand the information in your wireless service agreements and establishes consumer-friendly business practices for the wireless service industry. See the CRTC's wireless rights checklist. We have been a champion of consumer rights in the wireless industry since 2009. We have never subjected customers to term contracts or early cancellation fees and offered clear and simple unlimited plans with call control features without hidden fees from day one. If you’d like to learn more about the code and your rights visit the wireless code site to read about them in detail.
